Refund & Return Policy

At Clay., every piece is created with intention. As a newly established brand, we’re taking a considered approach to every detail. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange.

Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Start a Return
To initiate a return, email garamag.media@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit & Exchanges
We currently offer store credit or exchanges only. Once your return is received and approved, a store credit code will be sent via email.
